Four-bedroom villa in Sukhumvit, downtown Bangkok, near Soi Cowboy

The house is in the heart of central Bangkok on Sukhumvit, surrounded by dozens of bars and Thai massage shops. MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok stations are about a 7-minute walk away, the famous Soi Cowboy is 500 m away, cafés are about 10 minutes on foot, and Bangkok's Nana Plaza is a 5-minute drive. Bangkok's top shopping centres are all around: Terminal 21 and the luxury malls are within walking distance, and Central World, Siam and more along the BTS line are about 10 minutes away by car. The Grand Palace, Wat Arun and Chinatown are about 20 minutes away on the BTS. A 7-Eleven is about 180 m away, and you can walk to restaurants, 7-Eleven, bars, massage shops, currency exchanges and shopping malls.

The house is spacious at 240 m² with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ideal for large groups and families.

The ground floor has 1 bedroom, a living hall, a bathroom, an open kitchen and an activity area for lounging and dining, with a sofa, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, tableware and a kettle. The activity area has a pool table. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Every room has a 1.8 m double bed, air conditioning, a hair dryer and hangers, and the main bedroom has its own shower room. Bathrooms come with a shower, basin, toilet, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, towels and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste.

Free 1 Gbps / 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and a free washing machine are provided.

Smoking is not allowed indoors; there is a smoking area outside. Drugs and any other activity that breaks Thai law are not allowed, and guests are responsible for the consequences.

If no guest checks out on your arrival day you can always check in early. If someone checks out that day, you can leave your luggage at the house while it is being cleaned. A housekeeper lives in the housekeeper's room in the courtyard and cleans the common areas. If you want the bedrooms cleaned during your stay, please let her know in advance.

Making noise at night is illegal in Thailand. Please respect the neighbours, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. If a neighbour complains, the police may come and issue a fine.

There is a school next door with some snack stalls nearby, so around lunchtime you may see many students buying food outside — only at midday. You are welcome to try what the local students like to eat.
