Is it exclusive?
No. Keep taking bookings on Airbnb and elsewhere, and take your listing down any time.
Will there be double bookings?
No. Your Airbnb calendar syncs both ways with ours – a booking here closes those dates on Airbnb.
How are you paid for?
Commission only when a booking happens. No listing fee, no monthly fee.
When do I get paid?
We collect the deposit and settle with you after check-in. We'll confirm the exact terms with you in writing.
Can you guarantee bookings?
No. We're in an early stage and can't promise volume – but it costs you almost nothing, and you can leave any time.
Airbnb figures come from a real Thai host statement: 15.5% host fee + 7% VAT ≈ 16.6%. Please check your own statement.
Our commission is exactly the rate shown, with no VAT added. Examples only, not a forecast; excludes cleaning and other costs; depends on actual bookings. Exact fees and settlement terms are confirmed in writing.
