The text and photos you send in the chat window, and enquiry details such as your dates and number of guests.

If you choose to log in: your phone number or email; with Google login, also the name, email and avatar of your Google account. Logging in is optional — you can message us without an account.

If you contact us through LINE: your LINE display name and account ID, and the messages you send.

To prevent abuse, we temporarily process your IP address (to limit how often messages can be sent).

To pass your enquiry to the host or manager of the villa so they can reply.

To let you see your messages on different devices after you log in.

To send login codes and to prevent abuse such as spam.

We do not sell your personal information and we won't use your contact details for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

The host or manager of the villa you ask about, and the people who run this website. Hosts normally see your name or a masked contact detail; if they need to follow up on a booking they will ask you in the chat.

Service providers process the information needed to deliver their service: Twilio (SMS codes), Resend (code emails), Google (Google login), LINE (forwarding enquiries to hosts) and Cloudflare (network and security).

If you book, we keep your booking details: your name (if you give it), dates, number of guests, amounts, and payment records (method, amount, time and any note you add).

Card payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, Stripe, and we never store your card number. For transfers (Wise, bank wire) we see the name of the paying account and the reference you enter.

We use this to confirm bookings, reconcile accounts, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting rules, so it is kept longer than enquiries. Under Thai rules hosts must report foreign guests' stays to Immigration, and you will be asked for passport details on arrival; the host handles that.

Enquiries, photos and account details are kept until they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us through the live chat on this website.

When you log in we store a login cookie in your browser (valid for 30 days, removed when you log out).

So you can see earlier conversations when you return, we keep your conversation IDs in your browser's local storage.
