Mosquito issue The villa is surrounded by a natural environment, so mosquitoes may occasionally be present. We have now stepped up regular pest control measures and prepared sufficient mosquito repellent products, such as electric mosquito coils and sprays, for future guests to minimize the inconvenience caused by mosquitoes. 2. Washing machine/Tumble dryer The laundry appliances are household-sized and mainly intended for short-stay guests. We have also optimized the internal usage arrangements to minimize scheduling conflicts with guests and improve the user experience. 3. Sofa wear and tear Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This issue has been added to our maintenance checklist, and the relevant upholstery will be inspected and updated accordingly. 4. TV and streaming services We have now equipped all our properties with unified media devices to ensure that guests can access YouTube and Netflix normally during their stay. 5. Hot water supply The hot water system complies with local and property design standards.
